Rayshawn Allen is the primary suspect in connection to the Coleman Place homicide incident that occurred at the University Village apartments on September 9th.

Allen is described as being around 5’09” in height, weighing approximately 150 pounds. Authorities have labeled him as “armed and dangerous”, urging the public to exercise caution and avoid direct confrontation.
