Temporary closure of Highway 161 portion at intersection with Harris Elementary School for safety improvements

Little Rock, Arkansas - According to the Pulaski County Road and Bridge on Friday, a portion of Highway 161 will be blocked for safety upgrades. For safety reasons, a portion of the road will be closed starting on July 10 and will reopen on July 14. The intersection of Wayne Street and Highway 161 will be closed so that safety upgrades at Harris Elementary School can be performed.
