Pulaski County Government invites job seekers to a job fair in September

Little Rock, Arkansas – The Pulaski County Government has announced that it will be conducting a job fair at the Arkansas Workforce Center, located at 5401 S. University Ave. in Little Rock. This event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 13, and will run from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Multiple county departments will be present at this fair with the intention of filling open positions. Pulaski County Government, recognized for its competitive pay structure, also offers an array of benefits to its employees. These include health insurance, paid time off, sick leave, in addition to ten paid holidays, provisions for retirement, and tuition assistance, among others.

It is important to note that specific positions might necessitate the prospective employee to undergo a criminal background check, physical examinations, and screenings for drug and alcohol use. If the role requires the candidate to hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL), the selected individual will be granted an appropriate time frame to obtain it, if not already in possession.
