Little Rock, Arkansas – On Tuesday, Little Rock officials stated that a section of Main Street in the downtown area would undergo a temporary closure due to an upcoming food truck festival, leading to certain route diversions.
The Main Street Food Truck Festival will result in the shutdown of Main Street on Sunday, Sept. 17, spanning from 3 a.m. to 10 p.m. Specifically, the impacted area will extend between Third and Ninth Streets and will include Capitol Avenue from Louisiana to Scott Streets.
Additionally, several parking lots in the vicinity, namely 4th & Main, Wagon Mural lot, Koi Mural lot (6th & Main), and the DHS parking lot (located on the west side of Main at 8th), will also be inaccessible during the same time frame. The city warns that vehicles parked in these areas during the closure are subject to towing.
