Little Rock, Arkansas – Little Rock police, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals, have intensified their search for an 18-year-old man linked to a recent homicide. Rayshawn Allen is the primary suspect in connection to the Coleman Place homicide incident that occurred at the University Village apartments on September 9th.

Allen is described as being around 5’09” in height, weighing approximately 150 pounds. Authorities have labeled him as “armed and dangerous”, urging the public to exercise caution and avoid direct confrontation.

This tragic event came to light when the Little Rock Police Department was alerted to a shooting at the UA Little Rock apartment. Responding promptly at about 1:25 a.m. on that fateful September day, officers discovered 24-year-old Cornelius Johnson, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Johnson later succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.

The case saw a development when 19-year-old Donte Blackmon was apprehended shortly after the commencement of the official investigation. Blackmon is believed to have been involved in the fatal shooting, making him the first suspect to be taken into custody for Johnson’s death.

The police are now keen on locating Allen to further their investigations. They have appealed to the public for any information that might assist in his apprehension. Individuals with knowledge about Rayshawn Allen’s location or any related details are encouraged to contact the United States Marshals Service directly at 501-324-6256.
