Little Rock, Arkansas – Last week, health team of the Little Rock School District presented a special demonstration of their recently acquired SPOT Machine Vision Screeners at Brady Elementary School. This state-of-the-art technology is designed to provide a boost to the educational experience, ensuring students are in optimal health for effective learning.
The acquisition of these cutting-edge devices became possible due to generous grant support from two local Lions Clubs. These screeners possess the capability for rapid and non-invasive health assessments. Such swift health evaluations will be instrumental in promptly identifying potential health concerns among students, thus ensuring timely interventions and care.
Bill Johnson from the Lions Club played an active role in the event, offering a live demonstration of how the SPOT Machine Vision Screeners function. Following the practical display, attendees had the opportunity to engage in a question and answer session with Mr. Johnson, further enhancing their understanding of the device’s capabilities and benefits.
With this advancement, the Little Rock School District takes another significant step towards prioritizing the well-being and health of their students, reinforcing the importance of a holistic educational environment.
