Little Rock, Arkansas – The Little Rock Police Department has issued a plea to the public, seeking assistance in the search for a runaway teenager. The concerned teen is 16-year-old Skylar Ouzts, last known to be in Little Rock.

Skylar is described as standing at a height of 5’1″ and weighing approximately 120 pounds. As the search continues, the urgency to locate and ensure her safety grows.
